Mr. C.S., Manager of Vendor Relations called to discuss details on a complex business issue, involving ordering procedures between multiple state agencies. He expressly made the point of saying that we had done everything "by the book". In addition, he conveyed that he and his department consider EuroSoft to be "Beyond Reproach", one of the top vendors that they deal with.
