Scope:        Design complete web solutions for clients by modifying
              existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new
              hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
              Provide interface design, content research, development and
              synthesis of software systems, using scientific analysis and
              mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and
              consequences of design. Formulate e-strategic guidance and
              conceptual consulting.  Perform the evaluation, planning,
              development, testing, deployment, and on-going use of
              web-based mechanisms and information.  Consult with
              engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and
              software, develop specifications and performance
              requirements and resolve customer problems. Analyze
              information to determine, recommend and plan installation of
              a new system or modification of an existing system. Develop
              and direct software system testing and validation
              procedures. Build and maintain economic and spatial
              database.  Use Visual FoxPro, Office Automation with VFP,
              and clustering concepts.  Have knowledge in accounts, double
              entry bookkeeping, trial balance and balance sheet.
