              for the LAN/WAN Network Operations, below is some of the
              services which the employee will support.
              Change Management, Problem Management, Support Security
              Compliance/Audits, Attend Internal/External customer
              Meetings, Network Consultation, Maintain Documents i.e.
              Network Drawings, Logical Configuration, Perform Logical
              Backup Configuration on Network Hardware, PCR/RFS services,
              LAN/WAN Health Checking Management—Switches/Routers/IP Load
              Balancers, Security Advisory/Vulnerabilities (APAR/CIRAT)
              Management, IOS Upgrades on Network Hardware, IP Address
              assignments, Cabling support and maintenance, IP Load
              Balancer configuration and maintenance, Support Architecture
              Desing utilizing Visio Diagrams.
